What areas of New York City do you serve?
We are a privately owned electrical contracting company, licensed to serve the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.What type of electrical work do you perform?
Capitol Electric Corp has been in the electrical and data industry since 2007 and is a member of the I.B.E.W. Local #3 Union. We provide high-quality electrical work for commercial and industrial properties such as Time Warner, HBO, Spectrum, and Verizon, just to name a few, as well as Retail and the Construction industry.
Do you perform electrical maintenance services for commercial and industrial properties?
Yes. Our DBM Division is presently serving and maintaining over 75 properties and consists of mechanics, light technicians, and lampers. The Maintenance Division provides the following services:
- Lighting maintenance (contract and on-call)
- Lighting relamping
- Lighting retrofits (energy savings)
- Maintenance and building of electrical infrastructure
- Certificates of recycling
Do you belong to any electrical associations?
Yes, we are proud members of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the Brotherhood of Electrical Contractors International, and so we adhere to the highest industry standards and best practices.
